Doesn’t work with Mavericks.

This program was great until I upgraded to Mavericks. Since then, it’s been useless. Can’t print at all. Company claims it’s an extremely rare problem. Judging from the reviews, I doubt it. I have a MacBook Air, a Mac Mini and an iMac. I get the error on all of them. Their suggested fix doesn’t work at all. Their support site says simultaneously “we are working on a solution” and “it is so rare a problem we don’t have enough reports to figure out what is going wrong.” Which is it, guys - are you working on it or not?

Apple should remove this program from the App store until they get it fixed.
